This was my second visit to Clement Hyundai service. First was an oil change and this time for a recall. Extremely friendly people, and I was in and out faster than expected with a clean car!
Immediately greeted me when I arrived. Communicated what was being done and about how long it would take. Showed me where the waiting area was. Work was completed well below the estimated time and gave me an update on the work performed. Liked that they washed the vehicle!
Excellent service, knowledge, courteous, and efficient staff. Everyone was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process a breeze.

Mi would never recommend anybody go to get work done at this location. I went to get my water pump replaced and they cracked the plastic around my radiator fan and they also screwed up a few lug nuts when I got my tires rotated. And besides that Jon at the service center has the worst attitude towards customers. Luckily I had to void my warranty to get the water pump replaced cause now I don’t ever have to come back.

I wanted to buy a second car at Clements , but now I will never ! Finance guy asked if I I wanted extended warranty & I said no ..he added one anyway . Also , took over a month to get the title . Poor communication.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Clement. Mechanically, the car is in good shape and drives well. However, the experience with my salesman was incredibly frustrating, lack of communication. The dealership policy is "no negotiation," which I accepted. I asked the salesman twice: "Will $22.9k buy this car all-in, correct?" Clement Hyundai has been super fantastic. We just purchased our second Palisade a few weeks ago. The facility, service dept, and experience has bee great. Most importantly, the staff were amazing to work with to handle all of the details.

Extremely poor communication with customer. Our vehicle was in for over a month and we only received updates when we reached out. Even Hyundai America corporate office has stated they can’t get return phone calls. The service department wanted to perform a recall service that wasn’t even issued for our car. I would suggest steering clear of this dealership
We were promised a full tank of gas, received rhe car with less than half a tank. The signing of the paperwork took almost an hour, without any financing. We were given only one key and told that the second key MAY arrive with the title. That sounds very bogus to me.
Dominic was super helpful with buying my new sonata. The deal was one of the quickest and easiest experiences at a dealership that I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Dominic as your next salesman!

Initially, the service department informed me that the required part was on backorder, but assured me that all repairs would be covered the following day however, I was told the repair was no longer covered because the vehicle was still protected under the original drivetrain warranty and that I would now be responsible for a $200 diagnostic fee. Dominic was fantastic!! Gina was awful Dominic was very helpful in showing me several vehicles. Gina talked super fast, didn't explain well and didn't give me my contract in office. She said she would PDF it via email. I then had to drive an hour and 20 minutes back to the dealership to retrieve it: it was my first time buying a new vehicle.
